Currently on hold but wondering how badly I messed up my account....

during the fall promotion, my boyfriend and I both flew to get the passes.  Got the email this am- set my daughter up in my profile and booked her tickets. For some reason now when I log into my boyfriends account she is ALSO listed as a companion on his account too? Confused and on hold to try and fix this... but we all know the wait time will be about forever.  Anyone have any good advice to fix this myself?

If that's truly the case you'll need to call and request a change.  I would log into each account on separate computers or in an incognito session and verify that way.  Using the same system may result in seeing some inaccurate data while you switch accounts back and forth.

Thanks- I've logged into his account on his computer so I wasn't bouncing back and forth on mine and so far it hasn't fixed itself.  Patience is my friend today, I guess!
