I booked my rental car with Budget through the Southwest website and haven't received my Rapid Rewards points.
The vehicle was returned April 1, 2017, I used my Rapids Rewards number with the reservation. Who do I contact about getting the points added to my account?

You need to call the car rental company. Look at you receipt and see if you were charged a frequent flyer fee. If you did then you should receive the points

Thank you. I will call them, but I don't see the Frequent Flyer Fee spelled out on the reservation or the receipt despite booking directly through Southwest.com with my RR number and their discount code.
Funny that booking on Budget's website with the same discount codes and my RR number it goes through correctly. Won't be booking through Southwest again.
