Drink Coupons

Hi

I have been a member for several years but have never received a drink coupon. Is there certain opportunities or things you must do? Is there birthday ones?

Log into your RR account and at the bottom of the page you will see my preferences, click on travel then on extras.  You need to make sure you have the box checked I want drink coupons.  You will receive them after 10 one ways or 5 round trip.

Drink coupons are sent after each set of 10 one-way revenue flights -- paid flights only, points bookings do not count.

Chase stopped sending drink coupons to Rapid Rewards cardholders in 2016, and Southwest now sends a emailed video greeting on your birthday -- no drink coupons (they stopped that many years ago).
