Earning Points for Hotel Bookings

I am a Rapid Rewards member and a Choice Privileges member (hotels like Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality Inn, etc.).

If I book a Choice Privileges hotel stay thru the Southwest website, will I earn points for BOTH my Rapid Rewards account and my Choice Privileges account?

For example, I plugged in dates on SW website for a stay at a Comfort Inn.  It said that the Choice Privileges program would deposit 8,000 points into my RR account.

But, I'm wondering if Choice Privileges will still allow me to earn points into its program too?

Typically when you book through Southwest, other rewards programs will not let you "double down" so to speak. Whenever I check into any hotel I play dumb and ask if they have my hotel rewards account number on file. Once or twice I've gotten lucky and the hotel program will give me points there as well.
