Emailing SWA

I’m trying to get the incorrect birthdate changed on my account related to my RR# (address was also incorrect—corrected this already).  Was told by 1-800-SWA to email SWA, but not finding this on website so thought I’d try here. Anyone know how to email SWA?

The website says to call

1-800-435-9792

in order to change name, birthdate, or gender on your RR account.

Hopefully the issue is now resolved but I'm posting for reference in case others in the future have the same question about how to send an email to Southwest.

"Email" messages are sent using an online form, here are the steps:

1. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any of the forum pages.
2. Under the "Email Us" heading click on "Send us a message"
3. Complete the form in the pop up window.
4. Click "Send E-mail" at the bottom right part of the form.
