Flights arranged by work - Can you add them to you Southwest app

Hi,

I recently had my office staff book my flight for a work conference, so I did not book it from my Southwest App on my phone.  Is there any way to get that flight to show up in my app so I can access the flight info and check in more easily?  I am not seeing an obvious option on the app to try to add this to my upcoming trips.

If your reservation was booked with your Rapid Rewards number, it should appear in your RR account.

If not, you can contact Southwest to have it added.

If you have the 6 character alpha numeric reservation you can open that up on the SW website and add your RR# yourself or for someone else. I did this for friends recently, (in February,) it took maybe 2 minutes

Thank you! Called SW and they attached my RR# to the flights. Easy fix! Appreciate the help.

From the upper right of the screen, click on Flight, Manage Reservations.

Add the Confirmation # and your names and voile!
