Forgot to Enter Rapid Rewards # When Booking Flight

I booked a flight and forgot to add my RR# to the reservation. Now I am not getting points and the flight does not show up on my app. What is the easiest way to rectify this? Thanks.

I'd advise using ANY methods other than phone.

FYI you can add the number after you have completed your flight and you will get your RR points.

The easiest way is to do this online at Southwest.com:

Login to your Rapid Rewards account. Click on Flight/Hotel/Car at the top of the screen. Under Flight select Manage Reservations. From here look up your flight using one of the two options available and click on Add Rapid Rewards number next to your name.
