I have had my Southwest Chase card for more than 2 years and have yet to receive any drink coupons. I already checked the website and I have the correct thing marked in the "travel" "extras" section so I need help please!

Chase stopped sending them last year, but has sent a small subset of customers coupons recently, celebrating milestone anniversaries. This is very limited.
You only receive drink coupons after you have compleated 10 paid oneway flights . Round trip = two oneways. I have not received coupons from Chase in about a year or two

Griffin, it is not your Southwest CHASE card. This is a perk for Rapid Rewards members of Southwest. CHASE stopped sending the tickets as stated by another writer. SOUTHWEST now sends them but only when you have 10 one way segments PAD FOR and points not used. Round trip = 2 segments. I have have posted my thoughts today on this policy.
