Free Drink Coupons

So the key word to this post is "revenue". Now that I mainly use points for my travel, I guess I no longer get the coupons. 😞

I have not received any drink coupons at all, since receiving my RR credit cards.  I have both the Plus and Premier and I have the Business card.

@swurves01 as multiple people in this thread have said before, drink coupons are sent based on traveling, not based on having the credit cards. 

Here's the post from @chgoflyer who summed it up the best:

Chase stopped sending drink coupons to Southwest Visa cardholders last year. 

The only way to earn them now is through Southwest, after each set of 10 one-way revenue flights (paid, not booked with points)

How do I get free drink coupons? I have an upcoming flight. And I don't see the tab on my account that says yes I want drink coupons. Please help!

Hi 

Log into your Rapid Rewards account. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on where it say travel then click on where it say extras.  Now you will see Rapid Rewards drink coupons.  You want to click on yes I want them!  You only get them when you complete 10 one ways or 5 round trip

I looked at the bottom of the page when I logged in, but didn't see a link that says travel. I get drink coupons fairly regularly though.

When you log into you account scroll down towards the bottom of the page and on the left side of the page in the blue box you will see the word travel.  Click on that and then you will see where it say extras, this is where you can edit drink tickets.

I had the same issue. I hit my year in September and have not recevied any as well.. I am registered to receive them. I use to get some in the mail as well and that stopped a year ago. I have an upcoming trip in 30 days and would love to redeem them.
