Chase stopped sending drink coupons to Southwest Visa cardholders last year. 😞
The only way to earn them now is through Southwest, after each set of 10 one-way revenue flights (paid, not booked with points).

Hi @Mansfield,
I hope you've enjoyed checking out the forum! As @chgoflyer mentioned, Southwest Airlines sends drink coupons to Rapid Rewards Members after the completion of 10 one-way flights. Make sure you've got the box checked in your Rapid Rewards Account confirming that you do want to receive the coupons.

I am responding to Southwest employee Lindsey regarding drink tickets. I just sent an email to Customer Service regarding this issue at her advisement to another customer. With further reading of the FAQ's, I noticed if we use POINTS to pay for our reservation, we do NOT quaify for one of the 10 qualifying flights to receive drink tickets. My question is, why have points at all if we can't get a perk, like a simple drink ticket, for being a Rapid Reward member and USING our points??? Are we suppose to just let them accumulate forever and not use them? This policy is not fair for a company that makes millions and millions of dollars a year from their loyal Rapd Rewards customers.

I've flown four or more one way trips every month for the last three years and have never received drink coupons. I am opted in for it, but have yet to receive any. Any idea why? Can you help me with this?

I have had a Southwest credit card for a couple of years and never have I ever received drink coupons on my anniversary date. Can you tell me how I can get the drink coupons for my upcoming trip on Monday?

As has been said, having the credit card no longer gets you drink coupons. The only way to get them now is to fly 10 paid flights. No way you're going to get coupons before Monday so bring your credit card and pay $5 for a drink.

I have been a Southwest Visa cardholder since 2014. I have recieved drink coupons every year around my anniversary. Last year...I seemed to have a problem and Southwest sent out a new booklet. Again this year I have not recieved them. I reached out to Southwest on Twitter and they told me to reach out to Chase. Chase told me drink coupons are valid for accounts with open dates in 2015, 2012, 2007, 2002, and 1997. I find that to be ridiculous seeing that I've received them in the past.
