I see that my purchases that are categorized as groceries. I have never received any points for grocery shopping. I get groceries at Walmart, Target, Fresh Grocer and Publix. Is there something I have to do to get those points?

Typically these promotions require that you shop at "grocery stores."
Yeah, you can buy groceries at big box stores like Walmart, Target, Costco, Sams Club, et al, but they don't count.
Kroger, Piggly Wiggly , Walmart Grocery Stores, etc. would count.

Thank you. In the article you referenced, it says Walmarts with full bakery and deli should qualify. Super Walmarts are grocery stores and it's classified as grocery on the card when I buy groceries. Also, Publix is a large grocery chain in FL and GA. Not sure why there are not points for them. Is there somewhere to ask at Chase or Southwest?

You can try reaching out to Chase. Call the number that's on the back of your card.

As @chgoflyer mentioned, Chase is the deciding body here, not SWA. You'll want to check with them what/where awards points, etc.
Hope this info helps.
