Hold time for fraud

You would think if there was fraudulent activity on your account you wouldn’t have to wait over 2 hours on hold!! Terrible customer service.

you don't have to hold on the phone.

 

click on "contact us" below for other options

 

Also, the cell app has a "chat" function, too.
