Hello,
I purchased flights on Sunday traveling this fall using points. If I were to cancel and rebook as the new sale will save me about 5k points, how quickly are the original points and fees refunded? I.e. can I cancel at 10:45am and they are available right away to rebook at 10:50?

Thank you. Here's question number 2. My outbound flight used 25,908 points. If I cancel just that portion, I only get 19,268 points refunded. Why am I not getting all my points refunded?

If the leg you want to cancel cost 25,000 points, when you cancel you should get 25,000 points back.
