I just received email Rapid Reward Information for two different accounts.

I just received email Rapid Reward Information for two different accounts - different account numbers and different points; but both in my name and coming to the same email.

 

Is there a way to close one of the accounts and combine the points? I have taken screen shots of the two emails.

I believe you would need to Contact Customer Relations and hopefully they can assist with combining accounts.
