If you are a RR Chase cardholder and are trying to Qualify for Companion Pass in 2022...

REMEMBER that those RR points are only earned immediately after you get your Chase Statement, So you earn 2022 points for Chase statements issued in 2022.

So all that Christmas shopping WILL ONLY COUNT IN 2022 if your Chase December  statement is issues this year - after you have done your shopping..Any December shopping that appears on you January 2023 statement counts towards a 2023 CP.

You can tell  Chase that you want a billing date of say the 26th, but that applies only for future statements, and not the next one.

So if you need Chase points to get to your CP, then you might want to make the change now. If you do it after your  November statement is issued, then Chase will do it effective January 2023.

Good reminder, sadly there will be people who do not get the timing right and will be very disappointed.

Also, if you haven't started yet, don't. Wait until November or so to begin the process so you earn CP in early 2023 and have CP until Dec 31, 2024. Now is not the time to be applying for a Southwest credit card.

I'll bring this back to the top because your last chance to change your billing date is fast approaching.

If you need to use Chase RR points to earn your companion pass this year and you need to max out those points, you MUST change your billing date BEFORE your November Chase statement is issued.

Chase will let you change your December billing date, but you MUST DO SO before your November statement is issued.

Thanks for answering.

Thanks for answering it. I am glad I found your post. I was searching for this https://mentalitch.com/how-to-choose-a-1-deposit-casino-and-how-it-works/ website because I want to know how to choose a 1-deposit casino. You can visit over there if you also want to learn how to play casino games.
