I have both a Southwest Business card and a Plus card. Am working towards a companion pass. In the previous 2 months, points have been in my Rapid Rewards account within a day or at the most 2 days after the closing date of the Chase statement.
My final points I need for my companion pass are on my statement that closed on April 5, but no points in my RR account as of today. I know they say it can take 30 days, but I just don't understand how the other months it's been applied quickly.
Trying to plan a vacation and the whole thing hinges on when I can get the flights I want, for the price I can accept, and this is stressful playing the waiting game.
