Is SWA Only Airline to refuse to give credit for actual segments flown?

I'm an A-List member who flies too often to put up with non-customer friendly policies.  I just learned today that if you purchase a round-trip ticket and have to cancel the return SWA will not recognize the segment you actually flew and paid for.  It's like it never happened. Huh?  If you are gonna act like the other guys in non-customer friendly policies its time to take my business back to AA where I'm a million miler lifetime gold member.

I had one of these recently as well. My points showed up in the account history with the confirmation number and referred to as "flight refund" instead of the actual origination and destination like on all the other regularly completed flights in my account history. Can you double-check that you don't have a credit called "refund" that corresponds to the leg that you did fly?

@DonewithSWAdid you find your points in the account after all?
