Has anyone else run into issues when trying to transfer points from Ultimate Rewards to Southwest? I think the issue is stemming from the fact my RR number on my CC is different than my RR number in my account. I called Southwest and confirmed that the two RR accounts had been merged back in 2015 but Chase isn't able to help. I called Southwest and they sent a case over to Chase to let them know to update their RR number on file but I'd really like to transfer these points over to book travel now. Chase has been 0 help, the sapphire line tells me to call the southwest Chase line and vis versa. Appreciate any tips!
