Missing 5000 point bonus

I activated an offer last fall to recieve 5000 points for spending at least $10,000.00 between October and December 31st, 2017.  It has been more than 8 weeks since the offer was validated and since the offer closed, yet still no points.


Is anyone else having this problem?  Has anyone else received it yet?
