No longer an expiration date on unused travel funds

Since SW has done away with expiration dates on travel funds does that mean I can still request the funds be converted to vouchers that can be used by anyone in my traveling party?

No. But for now there does appear to be a loophole that allows you to use the travel credit from a Wanna Get Away fare to purchase a Wanna Get Away Plus fare, then cancel that and you can transfer the resulting credit.
