I was on hold for 2 hours and then was told by a representative that customer service could not help me so she transferred me to customer relations and then since I wasn’t A list it hung up for me.
Without luggage, out hotel costs, our rental car reservation is canceled at our destination, had to end up renting a car and driving from Cleveland to Buffalo and Pay 5x more for a rental. Families save up money and plan vacations and southwest could at least offer some compensation for ruining the first two days.

It's hard to understand from your post exactly what your problem is.
Was your flight delayed? Canceled?
