I was offered a cash voucher the day before an overbooked flight. The vouchers are handled for Southwest by Hyperwallet which is a Paypal company. I received the email from Hyperwallet to claim the cash. Problem: to claim it requests "Customers ID". I do not know what this is and have tried several. Has anyone been through this? SW customer service has not helped!!

Just wondering...
Do you first need to make an account with Hyperwallet??

It looks like "verify using" is a clickable button. Are there other options besides customer id?

For the incident Id, used as hyper wallet customers id, did you use the whole thing? I.e. mcown12345678? Or did you just use the numbers, please?
Thank you!
