Overbooking Cash Voucher

I was offered a cash voucher the day before an overbooked flight.  The vouchers are handled for Southwest by Hyperwallet which is a Paypal company.  I received the email from Hyperwallet to claim the cash.  Problem:  to claim it requests "Customers ID".   I do not know what this is and have tried several.  Has anyone been through this?  SW customer service has not helped!!IMG_2639.jpg

Thanks, I tried those.  I only get five attempts total, I also tried my email address.

Just wondering...

Do you first need to make an account with Hyperwallet??

It looks like "verify using" is a clickable button. Are there other options besides customer id?

No, when you click to expand it is still the only option.   But thanks!

I spoke with them and they said no, it’s ready just need the ID which was created by SW.   Unfortunately SW has not been helpful.   Thanks.

had the exact same issue.

however, i ended up putting in the SW claim ID in / INCIDENT ID that is personal to your case and it worked to log in

For the incident Id, used as hyper wallet customers id, did you use the whole thing?  I.e. mcown12345678?  Or did you just use the numbers, please?

Thank you!
