I have received the Southwest Airlines credit card, I have spent more than what was asked of me to earn the 40,000 points and companion pass, but my account still shows 0 points. Is there something else I need to do to have these points and companion pass added to my account?

Solution
Points are not posted until AFTER your statement closes. A day or two after the statement close date Chase will notify Southwest of the points that should be posted to your account.
