Promotional Companion Pass not available in RR account

Hello,

 

Received the email confirming that my Promotional Companion Pass is in my account.  It is not.  I am seeing another string in the Discussion Forum which says this has been resolved.  It is not resolved for me.  

 

CS phone lines are overwhelmed.  Any suggestions as to what to do next?

It is noted in there the pass will be available by 12pm CST and users are seeing it roll out.

Solution

The solution seems to be rolling out in waves.  

Looks like it's fixed for me now.  

Good luck to the others still waiting.
