Promotions Question

Hubby and I each have RR accounts.  

On my "account page"  in the bottom left hand corner, I have a Promotions section. 

He has this as well. 

Difference is that I have more promotions and I'm unsure why he wouldn't get the same offers.  We are working hard to get the CP for next year (for his account) and those promotions offer the opportunity to earn CP RR points.  

Any thoughts on how he can get the same offers?

Magic algorithms.

No one here would know what's in the magic black box that pushes the promotions out, we just take what the machine provides.  Good luck with getting CP!
