Our flight was cancelled yesterday - BNA to LGA. They booked us on a flight for tonight. It is not looking good---seems SW is having a problem with nonstop flts to LGA---showing cancelled and/or delayed for most flights so far today. Question--yesterday we were at the airport waiting and received a Lov Voucher for @300. If today's flight is cancelled, do we get another voucher? Do we have "be present" to get it??? Thanks for all info!

I suspect you're more likely to get vouchers in person, especially if you have a sympathetic agent, but Southwest has been proactively emailing vouchers too. Short answer, no guarantee, but it doesn't hurt to try.

There is no way to know. Different employees may handle it in different ways

I'd say normally , yes., but Lot's of people complain directly to SW and get vouchers though., To do so click on "contact us" below and proceed.
Other times the airlines just sends them to passengers when things are obviously abysmal
