R/R Bonus for new card

I met the $2000.00 in the first billing cycle. It is now the third billing cycle, have yet to get the bonus. When you "buy points" they are posted instantly, before the credit card payment is posted. As a stock holder and loyal customer, 1986, it is a challenge.

Please look into this matter!

You'll probably need to get back t Chase to ask your questions. Southwest adds points only when Chase tells Southwest to do so. If you haven't gotten your points, it is because Chase hasn't told Southwest to add the points yet.

I guess I'm getting the runaround, I've tried both routes.

It's very frustrating.

I've never had any issue with getting my points when I have used the Credit Card to get my points.
