RR Redeem Points at Car Rental at non-Airport Locations

Hi-has anyone rented a car or redeemed RR points for a car rental at a Rental Car Company Not located at an airport (a city/neighborhood location) on the Southwest web site?  Thanks for your assistance!

I haven't done so and don't see a way to do so on the web site but hopefully others will chime in if they know of a way.
