Is anybody having problems with getting their rapid rewards points accruing for May and June? Triple for groceries in June is a great promotion if you actually receive the points.
I have not been accruing and I have sent messages to Customer Service with no response.
What's up with a 48 hour turn around time???

Hopefully you're directing inquiries to Chase customer service, not Southwest? Often, the biggest confusion with grocery points is the belief that shopping at non-traditional grocery stores (Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, etc) will also qualify for bonus points. Unfortunately, grocery purchases need to be made at traditional grocery stores such as Kroger, Safeway, etc.

According to the rules, allow 6 to 8 weeks to get points.
That could be the issue.
