I cannot log into my rapid rewards account. I called customer service 3 different times and each time they say they will send me an email to reset my password. I still have not received one email, even after my third phone call. I started this at 9:30 this morning and it is almost 12 in the afternoon.
I also submitted a few requests online to get my rr password reset and though it says that is coming it never arrives.
The email address on file is correct, it was confirmed by the representatives on the phone.
Can anyone actually help me get into my account?
