Rapid rewards 60k bonus +$200 off

How do you know if you qualify for the 60000 or even 40000 point bonus?  When I applied for the credit card at the end of May they had something with a $200 credit on statement.   I received the $200 credit but do I still get to take advantage of the extra point bonus??

I recall signing up for a 40,000 points with a 200$ credit in July, I believe, but Airlines says one or the other?
