FYI the southwest shopping portal reduced the home depot point value on purchase from 1 point per dollar to .5 per dollar.

Points per dollar offers are subject to change. The offers on Rapid Rewards shopping can change at any time. One example I made a purchase at Kohls last week for 4 points per dollar its now 2 points per dollar.

Points are always subject to change. Just like points per dollar may go down or go away, points per dollar might also be increased for a period of time.

The way I see it, it's extra points, and I'll take them!
