One small mistake just caused me horrendous personal problems. I had to wait until 2:00am to get straight answers. Been off my flight since 5pm yesterday. I don’t even trust this airline anymore to help me have a good travel experience. Late flights, old planes, mishandling, bad customer service. It’s a nightmare honestly ruined my business opportunities because of one mistake. It small for the company but big for me. But to feel like it doesn’t matter makes it worse. Thousands lost and no one is being held accountable.

I find it hard to believe that an airline's rewards program could cause you "horrendous" personal problems, but I digress... the worst thing that could possibly happen is that your points got stolen. What's worse than that? But even then, I am not sure how that would cause you personal problems. It would just be an incredible inconvenience.
