A Southwest Gift Card is not reloadable at this time. However, additional cards may be purchased at any time. When can I expect my Southwest® Gift Card to arrive? You can choose to ship a Southwest Gift Card via USPS (United States Postal Service) for $2.95, which typically arrives in 4-7 business days.

When redeeming Rapid Rewards for items other than travel that transaction is handled by a 3d party company, not Southwest.  You should contact that company, More Rewards, with questions about orders.
