Reward Headquarters shipping?

Hello! 

Has anyone turned points into gift cards lately and now how long it takes to ship? When I order the gift cards I was told it would be up to 20 days for delivery. But now they are saying it will take 20 days for delivery once they ship. I’ve tried reaching out but this company is not helpful.

No experience with it my self as the redemption rates are poor.  It's all handled by a 3rd party company so you'll need to contact them to get details.  Please report back with more info when you do get the order.
