SW Website saying I don't have a Companion designated in my profile???

I just booked a flight for myself and 2 of my family members...the 3rd family member, my daughter, is designated in my profile as my companion for the Companion Pass.  When I go into my reservation and click "Add Companion", I receive the following message:

 

  • This Rapid Rewards member does not have any Companions designated in their profile. (4824 - 13601)

This is my first time trying to add a companion, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...anyone else ever receive this message and figure out how to get around it?
