I lost my rapid rewards because I lost my email from work. I tried to get in to change my email to update and keep it, with frustration and no success. Now I'm even having a hard time getting my email changed! "What good is rewards when you can't access them to use them. Then have them EXPIRE......

You're not making a lot of sense, but if you're locked out if your RR account, contact Southwest (I recommend via Twitter) and they can do a password reset for you.
