So, apparently I get 2 Early Bird check-ins a year with my credit card....

However, when logging into my account, it says "Congratulations!  You have used both of your EB check-ins!"  That's odd, because I haven't used them yet and I haven't purchased EB in a long time.

Is there anyone I can talk to about this?  Is there a way to see the history of EBs?

Look through your Chase statements for credits. Sometimes just small purchases made with Southwest are mistaken as the EarlyBird purchase and are credited.

Like surprise, free wifi? Or buying $20 of flight remaining after applying Flight Credits & Vouchers?
