I received an email regarding extension of travel funds for Rewards Members. However, the email didn't resolve the issue of travel funds expiring 7/18/20. The travel funds were issued November 2019. My husband and I are over 55. We have concerns about traveling between now and July. Our concerns were addressed to your company and we were told that no revisions could be made. We deserve to have an extension also. My husband is a retired veteran with health issues. Please advise.
