Using points and later needing to change flight

Hi!

-I bought a flight today using my points.

-If I need to go back in and change times, and it costs more, can I then pay in cash? Or, will I need to use more points only.

You will need to pay the difference with points. To pay cash you would have to cancel the reservation, get a full refund of your points, then pay the full fare in cash.
