Verify my account using my Customer ID

I had to call Hyperwallet to get mine. 

it was my flight confirmation # from my trip and my case id from my submission for reimbursement with no spaces. 

example: 4TIYOA12345678

I received a separate email from Southwest stating what the Customer ID number is for the Hyperwallet payment. It's your flight confirmation number and the refund request case number put together with no spaces.

Example: 45XWZP61429329

After entering that info, the process was smooth, rapid, and easy.

Check your SPAM - my email with the customer ID was in my SPAM folder.

Hi there, how did you get the case ID?

I can not find any request history from the website  or response email for the request.

But I do have the email from hyperwallet.
