I purchased a gift card in June as a part of the 50X point promotion. When booking flights today I realized I did not receive the actual gift card, jut the confirmation email. My junk mail does not go back to June. Can someone help me with this? Wait times for customer service are too long to check there.

Did the confirmation email include a card number and pin?

The email was only a confirmation that my gift card order had been received. No cardnumber or pin.
