If a refer a friend, when does the reward post? I want it to post by 12/31/22.
And, does it count toward companion pass points?

From the Chase FAQ:
"Please allow up to eight weeks after each new Cardmember's approval for the card for the rewards to be posted in your account."
Yes, the points would be Companion Pass qualifying.
