I saved my 2017 emailed birthday video from SWA, but it expired. I can't access the wonderful video. Does anyone have one that they can send to me? How can I keep it from being deleted?

I'm not quite sure which video you're referring to, however, have you tried reaching out to Southwest via its Contact Us site (https://www.southwest.com/contact-us/contact-us.html) , or via social media?
