timed out of logging in

New Arrival

I was using the SWA app, booking a flight. Then tried to add my companion and the app froze. Then it asked me to log in again. I didn't get my password right a few times so it timed me out. That was hours ago. Still can't get in. How long do they lock you out? Obviously I can call them and work through it but thought I'd ask here. Thanks!

I would reach out to southwest on Twitter and hopefully they can help with unlocking your account after you verify yourself which would be for your accounts protection. You could also call reservations at 800-435-9792 and they might be able to help as well.
