trying for months to redeem 149,000 points for merchandise, number they gave to call noone answers.

please help...been trying for months to redeem points for merchandise....it ALWAYS SAYS TO CALL A NUMBER WHICH I'VE CALLED MANY TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? VERY FRUSTRATED. IF I FLY SWEST I ALWAYS BUY MY TICKET AND PREFER TO USE MY POINTS FOR MERCHANDISE.

To clarify, that message above only applies to RR members who are not Chase RR Visa Cardholders.

 

Chase RR Visa Cardholders still have the ability to redeem points for merchandise through More Rewards.

 

To the OP, assuming you're a Chase RR Visa cardholder...
