Does anyone have tips on how to get a non-automated response via Facebook? I keep seeing posts like this but I don't get any real responses on social media.

Thanks Nicole. Unfortunately I've had to contact the Department of Transportation at this point because after following all of the recommended channels by Southwest, I still can't actually have a real conversation with anyone who is authorized to help me. Hopefully that will help.

Looks like it's a great time to bring this back to the top since Southwest is modifying its schedule for September and October. 

 

If your flight is changed you can make a one time change on the app or website with no fare difference (as long as the flight is within 14 days and city pairs remain the same)

 

For complex reservations you can try the chat feature on the app or reach out to southwest on Facebook or Twitter. 

 

Phone call volumes are high so I would avoid calling at this time
