Hyatt is buying Apple Leisure Group. As a Hyatt Globalist, I can tell you that Hyatt is top notch in how it treats customers. Totally awesome. Assuming that Apple Leisure Group keeps doing business as Southwest Vacations, what does this mean? Do we expect Southwest Vacations to go from being a nightmare to something better than a scam?
