What a joke! I can't even cancel my return flight. It says to contact Southwest Airlines customer service.
So if my flight there was cancelled, do I have to cancel my return flight? Will I be charged?
Absolutely no response from Southwest.

I would reach out on Facebook or Twitter to cancel but you need to cancel the return or you will be considered a no show and you will lose those funds. At least by messaging Southwest on Facebook or Twitter in a DM it will have a time stamp and maybe they will be lenient since it’s very hard to get through on the phone. You could try to cancel on the app and maybe it will work.
